Proven Performance
Value delivered through tooling
A Tier 1 supplier of antenna masts approached Freedom with volume struggles (95,000 masts per week). Freedom's in-house team designed an extraordinary racking system using plates and counter sink holes that allowed 1,400 pieces to be racked in less than three minutes and fully masked within 12 minutes. This allowed the customer to return to making on-time deliveries with 100% conformance.
Speed and Delivery
Mid-day on a Friday, a customer had a dispute with another coater and had truckloads of parts needed by Monday. By Friday afternoon, trucks were at Freedom. The tooling manager scrambled to create tooling, and staff stayed overnight Friday to begin coating. Freedom rotated staff throughout the weekend for 24-hour shifts. The customer made all Monday deliveries and has remained with Freedom for the last 25 years.
